This 6-week Accountability Program brings together highly capable women who want to finish the week strong, feeling calm, focused, and centered. And more importantly, having the energy to live each day with ease!

We'll work together to make that transition from summer to September in a way that supports your health and reduces the overwhelm.

Your time commitment is as little as 10 mins a day and you have the option to join four x 1-hour, virtual group coaching sessions.

The Fall Edition kicks off Thursday August 17, 2023.

Meet your coaches, Christine and Brooke

Christine Aarlaht has 17 years of experience kickboxing, boxing and thai kickboxing, and is a retired automotive technician. 

She's worked for over a decade in management and leadership roles, and been an entrepreneur - she understands personally what it means to be stressed. 

Christine is an avid hiker, outdoors enthusiast and explorer who has climbed 3 mountains in Canada and trails all around world. She is enthusiastic about healthy cooking and gardening, and is Mom to 2 lively huskies! 

Brooke Gordon is an advocate for women entrepreneurs and an Executive Coach helping women with a vision to grow - your business, your career, your personal development. 

She created Best for Women as a platform to freely share stories and learnings about leadership, business development and managing stress. 

Brooke was trained as an engineer, is a management consultant and development banker. She is also a weightlifting enthusiast, and certified as a Personal Trainer and Health Coach.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much time do I need to invest per week?

This program is designed to have the most flexibility because the clients we work with are extremely busy. We have a daily check in that you have the option of participating in. The time you invest in the exploring the resources we provide to inspire and support you is entirely up to you.

There will be an orientation call via Zoom on Thursday August 17th at 8:00pm ET, plus three virtual coaching sessions. There will be a poll to confirm the coaching call dates.

Is there a workbook?

No. We don't see the value in a blank workbook but we do believe self-reflection and accountability is critical to success. You will receive a welcome email upon sign up with the login to access your membership dashboard where all the resources are accessible.

What's included?

We want to celebrate with you for making healthier decisions. Tangible elements you can expect are:

  • your coaches will be leading daily check-ins in a private group chat to hold you accountable to your goals
  • there is an "ask-me-anything" for personalized support from two experienced coaches with more than 25 years in health and fitness
  • daily inspiration and easy to implement suggestions for how to make sustainable changes to meals, movement and mindset
  • 4 x 60 minute peer virtual group coaching sessions
  • options for additional support for your journey back to feeling well again

Will I get a lot of emails?

We don't want to bombard your inbox, lol. You will receive a weekly email during the program to support you along this journey and easily access resources in the dashboard. The email you provide at sign up is the one where you'll receive the emails.

What happens if I sign up after the kick off date?

Thank you for joining us and welcome! We will bring you up to speed and start supporting you on your journey. 

How long do I have access to the program?

You will receive a welcome email upon sign up with your login to immediately access your membership dashboard. This is where the meeting login and replay is accessible, and links to the daily check-ins. The program runs for 6-weeks. You'll have access to the dashboard for up to 1-month after the program completes.  

What technology do I need to participate?

This program does not require a technology investment. We only use common apps that are easily accessible by computer or mobile phone. 

  • All resources and program materials are posted in the membership dashboard (website): www.bestforwomen.ca
  • Virtual peer sessions are held on Zoom, which is accessible without an account: zoom.com 
  • Daily check-ins with peer support are posted on WhatsApp (a product under Meta): faq.whatsapp.com/
  • There is a private Instagram Page for alumni to stay connected (a product under Meta): help.instagram.com/

Do you offer refunds?

This program has limited seats, and you get immediate access to many of the materials. We do not offer refunds once a purchase is made. If you are not willing to commit to start experiencing the change you know is needed, the timing may not be right for you. We'll be here when you're ready.

Is this the right investment for me?
